What to write about

Subscription and billing: cancellations, receipts, changing your card, updating the email your Brief goes to, questions about a charge. You can also manage your card and cancel directly through the customer portal link at the bottom of any billing email from us.

You didn't get an issue: tell me and I'll resend it. Check spam first; a PDF from a new sender sometimes lands there. Adding chase@straboinsight.com to your contacts prevents it happening again.

Consulting: if something in the Brief raises a question specific to your supply chain, or you want a deeper assessment of a particular lane, supplier base, or jurisdiction, write to me and tell me what you're facing.

Corrections: if you think something in an issue is wrong, I want to know. Point me at it and I'll check the sourcing. If it's wrong, I'll correct it in the next issue and say so.

Anything else: press, partnerships, or a question that doesn't fit above. Same address.
